Soon, he opened the Rolling Smoke Barbecue food truck. It has been Terry’s personal mission to perfect slow-smoked BBQ, and it shows in the combination of wood, smoke, and seasoning in every dish. Winston’s Smoke BBQ
Winston’s Smoke BBQ was founded by the one and only NFL Hall-of-Famer Winston Hill. Winston played fifteen seasons for the NY Jets; however, football was not his only passion. When Winston retired from football, he finally had the chance to pursue his love for good food. He also dedicated himself to serving underserved communities. Come enjoy some good barbecue while knowing that you are supporting needy causes within your own community. Everything, including vegetarian options, is smoked in-house with 100% hardwood or naturally flavored pellets. In addition, the sides, desserts, and sauces are all made from scratch. Winston’s Smoke BBQ is open for take-out Monday – Saturday, 11 am – 7 pm.
