Eat at The Denver Central Market

Whether you want coffee, snacks, or a full meal, you’ll find exactly what you seek at The Denver Central Market. Within a short drive of our Highlands Ranch apartments, this gourmet food hall offers tons of local vendors.

Visitors can shop, dine, and drink daily between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Highlights include:

High Point Creamery

High Point Creamery is a scoop shop owned by the husband and wife team of Chad Stutz and Erika Thomas. Erika has spent years in the culinary industry, and she’s always in the test kitchen. She creates new flavors ranging from savory to sweet. Whether you crave vanilla bean, brown butter pecan, or coconut creme brulee, you’ll find something to satisfy.

Erika also collaborated with the Izzio Artisan Bakery to create the Ice Kouign sandwich. This salty-sweet version of a croissant comes filled with your choice of ice cream.

Vero Italian

Visit Vero for a taste of Italy. Owner Andrea Frizzi started working in the kitchen at 13. His family owned a restaurant in Milan, and today he uses many of the same time-honored recipes. Andrea bakes the pizzas in a mosaic-tiled oven, and they’re ready in under two minutes. Vero is recognized as one of Denver’s essential pizzerias with choices such as margherita, bella, and salsiccia e funghi.

Temper Chocolates and Confections

At Temper, the motto is “We Don’t Sell Chocolates, We Sell Experiences.” The shop features European favorites along with treats from new American chocolatiers. Head chocolatier, Anna Martinez, curates the ever-changing selection while raising awareness of craft chocolate. The bonbons are a customer favorite. Flavors include Blue Lagoon, Queen Bey, and Peanut Butter Vibes.
