Sumits Yoga
When Sumit Banerjee decided to open a studio based on his years of experience practicing and teaching yoga, Sumits Yoga was born. He designs classes that help students relax as they improve their strength, flexibility, and state of mind. Sumit encourages a consistent practice, and states that “if you’re feeling it and breathing calmly, you’re practicing correctly.” Sessions include Traditional Sumit-style, Sumits 60, and Yin & Meditation.
Honor Yoga
At Honor, yoga is for all shapes and sizes. Their beginner-friendly classes aim to inspire students to go beyond their normal routine and challenge themselves to try something new. The instructors boast years of experience. They offer up to ten live-streaming classes every week, along with a library full of hundreds of on-demand videos. Beginners can start with Roots. This session focuses on the fundamentals and teaches postures from the ground up.
CorePower Yoga
Get ready to sweat with the fun yet challenging classes offered by CorePower Yoga. The instructors provide sessions on Zoom throughout the day. You can choose between Yoga Sculpt and CorePower Yoga 2 for a workout that will have you moving unlike ever before. For those who can’t make one of the live-stream classes, the studio also hosts a video library. The recorded classes range from five to sixty minutes, and there’s something for all abilities.
