Less than a 20 minute drive from Highlands Ranch, you’ll find a unique restaurant serving delicious, authentic Native American foods. Tocabe is the only Native American owned and operated restaurant in the area, though the cuisine is truly a rare restaurant find in the country as well. Native American cuisine hasn’t gained the traction and reach that many other cuisines have. Menu
A large portion of Tocabe’s ingredients come from Native American tribes around the country. The restaurant features traditional Native American flavors with a contemporary twist. On the menu, you’ll find a few different types of dishes, on top of which you add protein and toppings. Be sure to try the Braised Shredded Bison Taco Plate, topped with Osage Hominy! Patrons also love the Vegetarian Posu Bowl, which can also be suitable for vegans. Note that much of their menu is derived from family recipes within the Osage tribe. As such, Tocabe’s food is representative of just a small portion of Native American culture and cuisine.

Tocabe offers speedy counter service, as is typical of many fast casual restaurants. You’ll find a welcoming, friendly environment at Tocabe. The restaurant interiors are inspired by tribe elements and feature warm, neutral color tones and culturally-inspired texture palettes. The space is clean and open with plenty of seating.
